Special steam-permeable plate design – the steam-permeable plates can be removed simply by loosening the bolts from the outside of the cylinder, without needing to enter the vessel.
PID-based heating control – achieves 35% steam savings per ton of material compared with other domestic models.
User-friendly fluidized bed design – facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.
All foaming parameters and recipes can be stored in the PLC – operators only need to recall the desired recipe; pre-expansion quality is no longer dependent on operator skill.
