Electrically-Driven EPS Foam Vegetables Box Molding Machine – 12 Cavities per Cycle for 600x450mm Box Size

• Front-loading three-die structure producing twelve vegetable boxes (600×450mm) by one die reduces die opening cost, and pre-assembled die switch frame for fixed and moving die realizes hoisting whole die in air chamber conveniently.

• Air chamber with internal and external thermal insulation and uniformly distributed multi-point heating ensures uniform heating and saves steam, and cooling water pipe using die self-contact interface facilitates die installation.

• Moving die steam and drainage connection by hard pipe instead of hose, provides small pipe volume, fast flow rate and rapid heating, effectively reducing steam consumption.

• Steam valve with dual-valve system uses self-developed DN100self-operated shutoff valve, and dedicated high-frequency heating control technology to realize accurate and stable heating and effectively reduce steam consumption.

• Electric drive molding machine with mature servo crank connecting rod mechanism, unique patented flexible dead center technology of Fangyuan, and reliable and self-lubricating pin shaft mechanism, has a long service life of operating for over 2 million times in 5 years free of vulnerability or maintenance.

• Servo drive system guarantees smooth and fast motion of die and accurate seam making, and eliminates oil stain trouble and daily hydraulic oil consumption, saving power and energy.
