1. Material is discharged from the bottom, completely eliminating material compression and flash defects commonly caused by side discharge door opening and closing on conventional models. No discharge opening is machined on the cylinder side, which preserves the overall mechanical structure of the cylindrical barrel and maintains its roundness effectively.

2. The bottom aeration plate is made of stainless steel wedge plates for superior anti-clogging performance.

3. High density accuracy and low energy consumption. Equipped with a PID control system consisting of proportional valves, temperature/pressure sensors and PLC, it delivers fast, precise and stable regulation of pressure and temperature. This ensures uniform pre-expansion of EPS beads and accurate unit weight.

4. Ergonomic fluidized bed design for easy cleaning and maintenance.

5. Optimized human-machine interface (HMI). Previously used material formulas and parameters can be saved and recalled directly for simple operation.

6. Core components are sourced from renowned domestic and international top-tier brands.
