What is EPS Machine

EPS machine is refers to polystyrene foam manufacturing. Whole set of EPS machine equipment includes presets, sheet and automatic forming machines, cutting machines, recycling granulators and auxiliary equipment.
The EPS machine can be divided into intermittent and continuous preset. And automatic shape molding machine is divided into SPZ100-200 - A/B series, SPZ100-200 T series, SPZ100-200E energy saving high efficient series, and SPZ100-200 FHS series. They form variety of models, widely used in electric foam packaging, fruit and vegetables foam box, bubble chamber of aquatic products and various packaging products.
Method of EPS machine is to put raw material into the material foamed by steam or electric heating.Then foaming material is transported into plastic molding machine and molded products. Finally, product is cut or dried, and EPS machine products are sent to cutting machine or drying system.
When using this machine with good grounding protection, check whether screws loose, spindle rotating flexibly, motor and wiring installed correctly.

Working Theory of EPS Machine

EPS raw materials were prepared by foaming, drying and curing. After foaming and stable forming materials were sent into the mold. Then the steam was heated and fused to form. After cooling and shaping, the foam products were molded to complete the production process.
