Lost Foam Machine Description

· The builtin circulating steam heating pipeline is adopted, the steam heating is uniform, and the moisture content of this lost foam block moulding machine plate is less than 7%; 

· The ventilation plate adopts the structure of hanging stainless steel plate, no screw connection, convenient disassemblyand assembly, low heat capacity of the plate, high cooling efficiency, shortening the cooling time and ensuring the 

beauty of the plate surface; 

· Heating can adopt single side or double side penetration mode. In order to meet the production requirements of 

different plates, a variety of heating processes can be selected; Heating pressure is controlled by a pressure sensor. 

· The cooling is controlled by foam pressure sensor and automatic die opening can be realized. With the quality data analysis of the plate, the quality of the plate can be determined;

· Special vacuum system, in which the vacuum barrel and the spray barrel are designed separately and equipped with 

energy recovery and utilization device, which has the high efficiency vacuum and reduces energy consumption. 

· Adopt slow opening and quick closing steam valve to improve heating accuracy and stability.
